Mark Brown - Founder
Mark is the driving force behind Psybersafe.
With more than 25 years’ experience in designing new initiatives and a strong background in complex areas of financial services, risk management, technology initiatives, management and leadership development, Mark’s skill is in using technology creatively to transform businesses and organisations.
He’s fascinated by the way we behave, so he’s studied psychology and worked with interesting people like the behavioural scientists at University College London’s Centre for Behaviour Change.
He understands how we tick, and that’s helped him to develop technology solutions like Psybersafe that use what we know about people to help protect them and the places they work.

Kara is our Marketing Director advising on and managing the strategy and direction of marketing. |
As Client Operations manager, Dell ensures processes and systems are in place to enhance the customer experience, providing support where necessary. |
As social Media Manager, Eloise uses her extensive experience in Sales and Marketing to develop creative content and social media strategies for companies who are working to improve their Social Media Marketing presence. |

Katy is a PR expert and helps to promote Psybersafe through the media, liaising with journalists and looking for opportunities to talk about the benefits of cyber security training using the Psybersafe method. |
As Product Development lead, Emily uses her creative skill in researching, designing and implementing our fun and engaging training programme. |
Paulina is our UX designer and researcher, helping us ensure that our learners follow a fun, logical and effective user flow and experience throughout the product. |
Olatz is our Digital Marketing Consultant, designing and managing our SEO, PPC, display and web optimisation. Olatz is Certified by Google in Adwords (GAP) and Google Analytics. |
